CIVIL WAR WALKING TOUR

The Bald Head Island Civil War Walking Tour is a 0.5 mile-long, hike through the remains of Fort Holmes, a Confederate fortification constructed on Bald Head Island from 1863 - 1865.

MEMORIAL BRICK WALKWAY

 A Memorial Brick commemorates a special occasion, memory or person. The bricks are placed along the walkway outside of the Old Baldy Oil House. You can add to the ever-growing story of Bald Head Island by memorializing a special moment to you on our brick walkway.
